GCI Group hires Carmichael

Toronto-based public relations agency GCI Group has appointed Angela Carmichael to the position of vice-president of it corporate-technology practice. Carmichael was most recently in the enterprise sales division of the software group of IBM Canada. Prior to that, she was a public relations manager and team lead for IBM’s wireless and software division. She has also worked for Hill & Knowlton and Atkins & Ellis.
