Four Seasons Private Residences Toronto hires two agencies

The Four Seasons Private Residences Toronto has retained L.A. and High View Communications of Toronto. The two agencies will promote the residences being constructed above the new Four Seasons hotel in downtown Toronto. L.A. will handle branding, design and marketing, while High View will handle public relations and events. The firms won the account in a competitive process involving and unknown number of firms. “These two agencies bring the perfect blend of real estate experience and a deep understanding of the luxury market which will help make this project a success,” said David Kaufman, executive director of Four Seasons Private Residences Toronto. “Together they will help us promote this landmark property in a fresh, new way.” Advertising for the residences will consists of a tightly-targeted local and international campaign. Public relations will take place Canada and in several cities in the United States, Europe and Asia.
