Communications Meca gains three assignments

Toronto-based Communications Meca has recently gained three assignments. Homeopathic company Boiron Canada has retained the firm as its agency of record. Communications Meca will handle marketing for Boiron brands including Oscillococcinum, Arnica, Camilia and Stodal. Utah-based MyFamily.com has appointed Communications Meca its agency of record in Canada. The company operates an online genealogy service called Ancestry.ca which debuted in May. In addition, Communications Meca will assist associated agency Peppercom of New York with the Canadian launch of a new magazine called Shock, published by Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.
