Hearing health care chain readies Toronto launch campaign
By Adnews Staff
A new hearing health care chain called Listen Up Canada will open in the Greater Toronto Area on April 29, backed by a television and radio campaign. The eight stores will be aimed at aging baby boomers in need of hearing aids. They will aim to put customers at ease and make the shopping experience pleasant, convenient and "no different than buying a latte or a pair of eyeglasses," according to the company. The opening of the chain is scheduled to coincide with Better Hearing and Speech Month. The ad campaign will break on April 25. The ads, created by Destination Marketing of Seattle, will air on network and regional television stations and on 11 radio stations in the Toronto area. Media buying is being handled by M2 Universal.
