CLEARLY CANADIAN BEGINS VACATION GIVEAWAY

Vancouver-based Clearly Canadian Beverage has begun a national retail contest called "A Vacation Under Every Cap." The instant-win initiative will give away 600,000 prizes through the caps of specially marked flavoured water bottles. The prizes include a Carnival Cruise vacation, three Mexican resort vacations and $100 vouchers from Odenza Marketing Group, a travel incentive agency based in Burnaby, BC. "This sweepstakes is a continuation of our great success with under-the-cap promotions that are designed to enhance customer loyalty," said Douglas Mason, president of Clearly Canadian. "By offering a value added promotion and a brand building element, we also support the efforts of our sales team and distribution partners for the remainder of 2004 and into 2005."
