DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE HIRES PUBLICIS

The Department of National Defence has retained Publicis Canada to handle its national recruitment advertising. The agency was one of 40 that responded to a request for proposals and one of 12 the presented a proposal. Publicis' will handle the account from Montreal with support from Toronto.
