MARITIME LIFE RELEASES NEW TELEVISION ADVERTISING

Maritime Life is promoting its FlexCare consumer health insurance plan with a new direct response television campaign produced by Northern Lights Direct Response Television. The campaign includes two commercials, one 120-seconds in length and the other 60-seconds in length. Both depict a man and a woman discussing the importance of having supplemental health insurance for needs not covered by government health insurance. A host invites viewers to call for an information package. The campaign began running on The Weather Network, CBC Newsworld, CTV Newsnet, Rogers TV Guide Channel, TSN and W network in late August. Media buying was handled by Media Buying Services.
