LABATT PROMOTES BOOMERANG COZMO

Labatt Breweries has released a new flavour in the Boomerang line of malt beverages called. Cozmo. The cranberry-vodka beverage is named after the Cosmopolitan drink, which consists of vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime, according to Stephane Duval, brand manager at Labatt. Cozmo began rolling out to bars, grocery and convenience stores in Quebec on April 28. Advertising for the drink was developed by Montreal-based Epoxy. The television ads, which broke yesterday, will be accompanied by in-store posters and displays and sampling programs.
