CP HAS NEW LOOK

Canadian Pacific Hotels launched an airport poster and national magazine campaign last week featuring its new logo and shortened name. The ads were created by Harrod & Mirlin of Toronto. Taylor & Browning Design Associates of Toronto created the new logo: a wreath of 12 maple leaves encircling a CP monogram, capped with a crown and underscored by the Canadian Pacific name. Besides dropping the "& Resorts" from its name, the company has changed the names of two of its properties. The renamed outlets are now called Hotel Halifax the Calgary Airport Hotel.
