SUBWAY REDECORATES
By Adnews Staff
Sandwich chain Subway of Milford, CT has unveiled a new interior design for its restaurants. The concept, called "Tuscany Decor", was developed by Design Forum of Dayton, OH. It includes gold colour wall murals and a gold stucco wall covering below the chair-rail molding, a brick wall effect behind the service area, hanging pendant lamps, stone floor tiles, stone-like tabletops in gold and green and upholstered chairs in red, green and wheat coloured suede-like fabric. Fifty-seven Subway restaurants in Canada, the U.S. and international markets currently make use of the new decor. The look is being presented as an optional decor for all new restaurants.
