TRACKPOWER.COM BETS ON MCDONNELL HAYNES

TrackPower.com of Pickering, Ontario is betting on Toronto-based McDonnell Haynes Advertising to help expand its horse racing Internet, television and telephone services in the U.S. TrackPower.com offers an interactive Web site at <http://www.TrackPower.com>, two free TV channels of racing over the American DISH Network and telephone wagering services on all North American tracks. Mark Gregory, vice president of operations at TrackPower.com said the agency will be involved in all areas of business. "They have a record of producing great results and we're counting on them to attract new television viewers, build more traffic at our Web site and increase our wagering revenues," he said in a release. McDonnell Haynes has already created materials for a trade show in Tuscon, Arizona, print advertisements for several U.S. racing publications and a direct mail campaign promoting TrackPower.com's National Handicapping Challenge. The agency won the assignment following a review with an unconfirmed number of agencies.
