ELECTROHOME CHOOSES CUNDARI

Cundari Group walked away with the Kitchener, Ont.-based Electrohome Ltd. account last week. The Toronto agency won the business because "we were impressed by the strength of the team in a number of areas, particularly in channel marketing and database marketing," marketing communications manager Denise Gosling says in a release. Cundari was the winner in a competition with four other agencies. They were: incumbent Cormark Communications of London, Ont. and Tornto agencies Campaign House, Kelley Advertising and Sutton Javelin Communications. Cundari will launch a campaign at the end of the year for Electrohome's new line of projectors used for multimedia presentations. The budget for the account has not been confirmed but it will be between $500,000 and $1 million.
