Telus World of Science retains Mosaic Studios

Calgary-based Mosaic Studios has been hired to develop a branding and marketing campaign for the Telus World of Science centre, which is due to open in Calgary in 2011. The campaign will launch the science centre locally, nationally and internationally. The centre cited Mosaic's knowledge of the Calgary market, its brand-building and fundraising experience, as well as its affiliation with Cundari Group as factors in its hiring decision. "We're very excited about the ideas that our team put together for the launch of the new science centre, not just because they're creative, but because they're very strategic," said agency president Melodie Creegan. "I'm convinced that it was the strategy behind those ideas that captured the imagination of the Telus World of Science team and we are looking forward to working with them to capture the imagination of Calgarians."
