ACLK TO DO NABS ADVERTISING
By Adnews Staff
Ambrose Carr Linton Kelly of Toronto will be launching a print campaign in January for the National Advertising Benevolent Society. The agency won a competition for the account because it "shared the same vision and goals, and was an extremely good fit with the NABS organization," NABS president Bob White says in a release. Although the account is pro bono, NABS held a competition because two other agencies expressed interest in the assignment, executive director Patricia Crosbie told Adnews this week. The organization changes its agency every two or three years. The incumbent was Leo Burnett Company of Toronto. NABS is a non-profit, charitable organization that assists people in advertising and related businesses who may need help due to illness, injury, unemployment, substance abuse or financial difficulties.
