UNIGLOBE.COM CHARGING TRAVEL PLANS TO VISA

Vancouver-based Uniglobe.com Inc. is charging all future travel plans on its Visa card. The online travel company has partnered with Visa U.S.A. of San Francisco, California. The partnership will see the two companies implement co-marketing programs. Under the terms of the agreement, Uniglobe.com's "Value Added" offers will be featured on the "Travel Partners", "World's Best Travel Promotions" and "Featured Deals & Discounts" section of Visa's Web site at <http://www.visa.com>. In addition, Visa will be providing Web advertising, hot links and statement inserts with Visa member financial institutions to support both the company partnership and to drive traffic to both Uniglobe.com's and Visa's Web sites. Uniglobe.com will in return, offer a series of special offers to Visa cardholders on its site, which will be promoted on Uniglobe.com. The agreement between Uniglobe.com and Visa is already up and running with Uniglobe.com offering the first special offer under the program, a complimentary two-category upgrade when Visa cardholders book a cruise on select sailing's of Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises.
