MOSAIC GETS A BOOST IN FRANCE

Toronto-based outsourced marketing company Mosaic Group Inc. is getting a boost in its European expansion after acquiring BoosterGroup Services, a retail field marketing services company based in Courbevoie, France. BoosterGroup specializes in serving the IT industry. Current clients of the newly acquired company include: Nintendo, France Telecom Interactive, Apple, Kodak, Fuji and Havas Interactive. According to Mosaic, the initial purchase price is $3 million. Additional consideration will be included if 1999 and 2000 earning targets are achieved. With Mosaic's European expansion, the company now reaches 11 countries including France, the U.K., Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
