UUNET RECRUITING FROM UP ABOVE
By Adnews Staff
UUNET, an Internet provider and local high-tech employer based in Toronto, is launching a new aerial advertising campaign this week. The campaign is designed to target the attention of new employees. Beginning yesterday and running for three days over the course of the week, an airplane will be flying over the Gardiner Expressway during morning rush hour for two days and during Saturday afternoon, towing the banner "Cool Jobs @ UUNET, www.uunet.ca". The aerial campaign follows a recently launched employee recruitment campaign that included six poster profiling "UUNET people" in 135 locations in Toronto's downtown core. Advertising for UUNET is done by The Farm of Toronto. PR for UUNET is handled by Benchmark Communications of Toronto.
