Leo Burnett has announced the addition of a new creative team to its offices. Paul Giannetta joins the company as an art director and Sean Barlow joins as a copywriter. The creative team comes to Leo Burnett from MacLaren McCann, where they held the same titles.

TBWA/Chiat Day has expanded its staff with the announcement of three new hires. Scott Connell has joined the agency as account supervisor. Connell will work on the Life Brand and HEALTHWATCH parts of the Shoppers Drug Mart account. Most recently he was communications manager at Sprint Canada. Rob Rathke returns to TBWA Chiat/Day as copywriter. Most recently he was with OgilvyOne Worldwide where he was in both account services and copywriting. Stephen O'Keefe also joins the creative department as its new art director from Mosaic Direct where he held the same title.

Anderson Toronto has appointed Lily Wong vice-president and group account director. In her new role, Wong will spearhead all of Anderson's U.S. business and become more involved in the overall management of the agency. Wong joined Anderson Toronto in 1997 as senior group account director.
