UPS OFFERS ANOTHER GUARANTEED SERVICE

UPS Canada is now guaranteeing its ground delivery shipments from the US to Canada. The move is part of a series of shipping guarantees UPS has launched this year. Last March, UPS guaranteed all of its international air services to and from Canada, and guaranteed ground deliveries from Canada into the US The guaranteed service means UPS is guaranteeing that it will deliver packages on time. All of the guaranteed services will be promoted using TV, newspaper and radio ads created by Ammirati & Puris/Lintas of Toronto.
Separately, UPS announced its customers can now track the progress of their international shipments online in 16 different languages.
