PRICING CONFERENCE

The Canadian Institute of Toronto will host a conference in Toronto on Oct. 20 and 21 focusing on pricing. Attendees will learn how to develop a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and helps their companies gain market share. Topics will include measuring perceived value by the consumer and building profits with value-based pricing, avoiding the damage of price wars, developing value-added features to differentiate your products and services, and determining your competitors' pricing strategy. Speakers at the event will include John Harrison of Harrison Associates and McKinsey & Co. pricing services director Michael Marn.
