David Martin has joined Anderson Advertising of Toronto as national creative director. Most recently he was associate creative director at Ammirati & Puris/Lintas of Toronto. Martin has also worked at Durnan Communications of Toronto as creative director. Evelyn Barsby has been promoted from senior account executive to account supervisor at Wunderman, Cato, Johnson of Toronto. She works on The Loyalty Group and Co-operators accounts. Tom Douglis is now at Tudhope Associates Corporate Communications as strategic planning director. Previously he was marketing and account services vice-president at Sutton/Javelin Communications of Toronto. Bill Tiegs has been appointed media director at NextMedia of Toronto. Formerly he was media supervisor at Griffin Bacal Volny of Toronto. Tiegs has also worked at Young & Rubicam, BBDO Canada and Miller Myers Bruce DallaCosta.
