BCP has hired two senior staffers in a re-organization of its client services division. Michel Carle has joined the ad agency as group vice-president. He has come over from the Michelin tire company with which he spent 25 years in Canada and France as brand manager and assistant director of communications. Jean Grenier, who has 20 years experience in communications and advertising, is back with BCP after an absence of 10 years. He has taken on the title of account director
...Christian Chabbal has joined Compaq Canada of Richmond Hill, Ont. as options products manager. He will be responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day management of Compaq's options business which consists of monitors, hard drives, keyboards, memory modules and CD-ROM drives. Formerly Chabbal was sales and marketing manager at Tax Prep Information Services. According to a 1994 study by Dataquest, Compaq increased monitor shipments by almost 56% over 1993, and was the number one seller of monitors in the world.
