STUDY LOOKS AT CHINESE PURCHASING POWER

A study was released last month that measures the buying power of Vancouver's Chinese community. The survey was commissioned by the Vancouver Chinese Advertising Market and Media Association and conducted by DJC Research of Toronto, a division of A.C. Nielsen. It is based on 1,000 samples gathered during May and June. Results of the study will be released Sept. 11 at a press conference in Vancouver. The entire survey is available for purchase through DJC.
