Lisa Hudson has been promoted from media supervisor to media manager at MaxxMedia of Toronto. She will be working on the McDonald's Restaurants of Canada account. Lori Fitzgerald has moved up at the agency from planner/buyer to media supervisor, working on the Ferrero Canada, ExpressVu Inc. and Canadian Tourism businesses. John Posavac is now a planner/buyer. Previously he was a junior planner/buyer. Posavac works on the Bank of Montreal, British Airways, Harris Bank and Ralston Purina accounts. John Munro has joined Palmer Jarvis DDB's Vancouver office as president of the agency's event marketing and management division, First Event Sports and Sponsorship Marketing. In addition, he will take on responsibility for 360 Database Marketing Group, a PJ DDB division that specializes in database target marketing programs. Most recently Munro was executive vice-president at Greyhound Transportation Corp. He has also worked at Tourism Vancouver as executive director and held various senior executive positions at Canadian Airlines. Charles Frenette has been named worldwide marketing chief for Coca-Cola Co. of Atlanta, Georgia. Most recently he headed the company's Southern Africa division. Frenette replaces Sergio Zyman.
