BURNETT OPENS LITHUANIAN OFFICE

Leo Burnett Co. of Chicago has expanded its presence in Europe by forming a joint venture in Lithuania with Dvyniu Ratas of Vilnius. The newly created agency will be called Dvyniu Ratas Leo Burnett. Initially, it will serve 15 local and international clients including Arthur Andersen, Electrolux and Vilniaus Bankas. The new venture expands Leo Burnett's Baltic operations, which was first established in Estonia earlier this year.
