ONE-TO-ONE MARKETING SEMINAR

The Institute for International Research will host a conference in Toronto on May 25 and 26 focusing on effective one-to-one marketing. Topics covered at the event will include: creating opportunities to profit from customer files, developing strategies for customer retention, acquisition and loyalty development, assessing the impact of the Internet and World Wide Web, and looking at how current technology applications can ensure maximum data utilization. There will also be a half-day workshop looking at database marketing technology. The keynote presentation at the event will be made by Seklemian/Newel, USA CEO Fredrick Newell. He will discuss how to use one-to-one relationship marketing to be a leader in your industry.
