BCA JOINS FORCES WITH MCCARTHY CONSULTANT SERVICES

Broadcast Clearance Advisory of Toronto has teamed up with McCarthy Consultant Services to offer review and pre-clearance services of consumer drug advertising. The BCA was formed in 1997 to review broadcast ad copy to ensure it meets regulatory standards. It also provides advice for claims and offers ideas to solves problems. Until now, the BCA would review broadcast ads for food and beverages, alcohol and cosmetics, as well as ads geared to children. As a result of the alliance with McCarthy, the organization will offer quality assurance and regulatory affairs consulting services to the pharmaceutical, food, medical device, biotechnology and cosmetic industries worldwide
