Lina Ko and John Crean have been named partners at NATIONAL Public Relations of Toronto. Ko is also head of the agency's marketing communications group, while Crean is responsible for the pharmaceutical division. Both were formerly vice-presidents. David Weiner is now senior partner, managing the corporate and investor relations practice. Previously he was partner. ...Sue Belbeck has joined Spectrum Public Relations of Toronto as vice-president and group account director in the promotions group. Formerly she was general manager of Bates Canada's promotion marketing group. Kathy Henderson and Warren Spires have been promoted to account directors at the agency. Most recently they were both senior account managers.
