ICI HANDS IT ALL TO BBDO

ICI Paints (Canada) of Concord, Ont. has handed its Color Your World account to BBDO Canada of Toronto. The agency was given the account without a review. It already handles the ICI business worldwide. The incumbent on the business is O'Rourke Communications of Toronto. ICI bought the Color Your World paint and wallpaper chain last January. ICI has 285 Color Your World outlets across Canada.
