RANSCOMBE TOUTS ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY BOTTLE

Ranscombe & Co. of Toronto launched a direct mail campaign recently for Crystal Springs bottled water. The campaign focuses on the design of the bottle, which can be collapsed when it is empty. The piece was sent to buyers for convenience and grocery stores . They received a miniature blue box with a crumpled up sheet of paper inside. Once opened, the sheet of paper shows the new bottle and the headline, "Introducing our new, compactible bottle." Last month, Ranscombe introduced a consumer campaign for Crystal. It uses magazine ads and busboards.
