Specsavers begins child campaign

Eyecare chain Specsavers Canada has begun a campaign that encourages parents to book regular eye exams for their children. The campaign, adapted from a United Kingdom campaign called “Wonder,” depicts the ways in which children experience the world through their eyes. It will run through the summer.

“Kids experience the world with a unique sense of curiosity, imagination and wonder,” said Naomi Barber, clinical services director at Specsavers Canada. “Vision plays an important role in their development. Routine eye exams can help ensure they have the vision they need to learn and engage confidently with the world around them. Many parents are surprised to learn how common vision problems can often be addressed when caught early. We want eye exams to feel like just another part of growing up so that kids get to fully experience the wonders of their world.”
