Automaker Toyota Canada has begun a campaign promoting its “Toyota Cars For Good” initiative. Thtrough this national effort, now in its second year, part of each new Toyota vehicle sale in Canada is used to support Food Banks Canada. The new campaign is intended to raise awareness of the issue of food insecurity. It consists of two video executions which highlight how “food fuels potential” and how “food fuels purpose.”
“Through ‘Toyota Cars For Good,’ our dealers across Canada are helping turn everyday business into meaningful impact,” said Steve Pilkey, vice-president of sales and marketing at Toyota Canada. “We’re proud to work in partnership with Food Banks Canada to help more people in Canada access the food they need to pursue their potential and purpose.”
