Toronto-based Labour has launched a new dedicated strategy practice. To head the unit, the agency has appointed Adam Zolis to the position of head of strategy. In this role, he will support the firm’s proprietary planning model, intended to assist clients evaluate communications and marketing spending. Zolis was most recently vice-president of strategy at Theturnlab. He has also worked at Art & Mechanical and Jacknife.
“We’ve reached a point where impressions and reach tell only part of the story,” said James Loftus, president of Labour. “The way people discover, consume and engage with content has fundamentally changed. Adam’s role is about helping our clients better understand that shift and build strategies that drive real demand over time, not just short-term visibility.”
