Toronto-based podcast advertising company The Podcast Exchange has been acquired by Native Touch, a company specializing in digital media advertising. The firm will continue to operate as an independent entity with services including advertising sales, publisher partnerships and content creation. According to Native Touch, the acquisition is the result of the growing popularity of podcasts in Canada, as well as an ongoing consumer shift to audio and on-demand content.
“TPX has established itself as the go-to partner for brands looking to reach Canadian podcast listeners,” said Saad Uddin, CEO of Native Touch. “Their premium publisher relationships and advanced targeting capabilities makes them a critical player in the audio ecosystem. We're proud to support TPX as it enters its next phase of growth within the Native Touch family.”
