
KitKat conducts phone promotion

Nestlé Canada has begun a promotion for its KitKat candy brand that encourages young adult consumers to spent less time looking at their phones. From June 1 to June 21, consumers can participate by submitting a screenshot to Instagram showing that they have reduced their weekly screen time. The first 500 respondents will receive one free KitKat “finger” for each one percent reduction. The promotion includes influencer activities and social media content.
