New marketing vice-president at Mars

Mars has appointed David Jacobs to the position of vice-president of marketing for Mars Food & Nutrition North America. He will head efforts to promote the company’s rice and ready meal products in the US and Canada. Jacobs has spent the last 17 years at SC Johnson, most recently as executive director and head of marketing for North America. He has also worked at Unilever and Monitor Deloitte.
