New general manager at 1Milk2Sugars

Toronto-based 1Milk2Sugars Communications has promoted Ruth Goudie to the position of vice-president and general manager. She has also become the agency's first equity shareholder. Goudie joined the agency four years ago as a vice-president, heading its public relations and social media departments.
