Initiative adds two

Initiative of Toronto has recently added two new staff members. Jad Chababi has been appointed to the position of vice-president of client advice and management. He will head the company’s Rufus Canada division, which handles its Amazon account. Chababi was most recently managing director of UM Dubai and UM Abu Dhabi.
Justin Cumby has joined the agency in the newly-created position of vice-president of performance acceleration. He will focus on audience planning, data analysis, audience measurement and optimization. Cumby was previously at Group M, where he was most recently managing director of Xaxis Canada.
