Canadian Film Fest promotes Rains

Toronto-based non-profit organization the Canadian Film Fest has promoted Ashleigh Rains to the position of festival director. She joined the organization five years ago as co-programmer. Prior to that, she was a filmmaker and actor, as well as founder of C’mon Mort Production and co-founder of We’ll Be Over Here Productions.
