NYX Capital hires TCGPR

Toronto-based NYX Capital, a private equity and real estate investment firm has retained TCGPR as its public relations agency of record. The company specializes in commercial, residential, industrial and self-storage development projects nationally. The assignment includes public relations, social media and sponsorship initiatives.
“We target properties and projects that are typically below the institutional threshold, but are too large for individual investors,” said NYX CEO Yashar Fatehi. “We add value through redevelopment, repositioning and professional asset management for investors seeking compelling risk-adjusted returns.”
