Rosseau Developments retains two agencies

Toronto-based real estate development company Rosseau Developments has retained McOuat Partnership of Markham, ON and TCGPR of Toronto as advertising agency of record and public relations agency of record for a new development called the Rosseau Residences at JW Marriott Muskoka in Minett, ON. The agencies will support sales efforts for an upcoming condominium development to be attached to the existing hotel property. Rosseau Developments is an affiliate of Canadian Niagara Hotels.
"Our goal is to reach people and make them aware of the opportunity they have to actually own waterfront property on Lake Rosseau in Muskoka, especially in a luxury setting like the JW Marriott Rosseau Resort," said Rosseau Developments COO Michael Sneyd.
