HAZELTON FINISHES SHOPPING, CHOOSES BENSIMON*BYRNE

Hazelton Lanes of Toronto decided it needed a full-service agency, so it hired Bensimon*Byrne of Toronto last week. The agency won the account in a competition with one other agency because "it had more of a full-service aspect that I needed," marketing director Margaret Cooper told Adnews yesterday. Hazelton had originally looked at eight to 10 agencies. In the past, a freelancer handled Hazelton's advertising. Hazelton has mainly advertised using print, but will now be considering other media as well. The next campaign will be launched in the spring. Hazelton Lanes is a shopping centre in Toronto.
