Stingray acquires Chatter Research

Montreal-based digital media company Stingray has acquired Chatter Research of Toronto. The company specializes in customer feedback systems using artificial intelligence for retail and hospitality businesses. According to Stingray, the purchase is part of its ongoing efforts to expand its services in the sectors of background music, digital signage and customer insights. Chatter will continue to operate with its current executive staff.
