Globe and Mail readies Designing Canada initiative

The Globe and Mail will debut a new editorial feature called “Designing Canada” on Oct. 19 in association with Winnipeg-based furniture company EQ3. The content will focus on residential architecture, interiors and houseware products. According to the newspaper, this will be its first titling sponsorship. EQ3 will also host an event in Toronto on Jan. 21 to recognize the winners of a design competition that will be conducted as part of the initiative.
