McCormick readies touring ketchup promotion

McCormick & Company is preparing a promotion for its French’s ketchup brand timed to coincide with Canada Day. The promotion features a branded truck that will stop in Toronto, Kitchener and Leamington, ON on June 26. Promotional workers will distribute ketchup, sunglasses, tote bags and towels, as well as food. The initiative will also include social media content.

“Canada Day is about more than barbecues, fireworks and camping,” said Cheryl Radisa, vice-president of marketing at McCormick. “It celebrates everything that is great about this country and the people who call Canada home. We're excited to say 'Thank You' to our fans, tomato growers and producers in the communities where we live, work and play. The French's Thank You Truck is all about spreading the love to our most passionate supporters ahead of Canada Day.”
