BMO Financial Group has again signed-on as the presenting sponsor of the “Walk so Kids Can Talk” fundraising initiative that will be conducted by Kids Help Phone on May 5. During the national event, participants will walk to raise funds for the organization’s efforts to support emotional health and well-being for young people. Walks will take place in 36 communities this year.
“At BMO, we have a legacy of giving back,” said Daniel Barclay, CEO and group head of BMO Capital Markets. “We have been a proud sponsor for Kids Help Phone’s ‘Walk so Kids Can Talk’ for almost two decades. Kids Help Phone is a tremendous organization that makes a difference in young Canadians’ lives every day, by ensuring they have allies and the resources for support they need when reaching out for help.”
