On Communication adds two

On Communication of London, ON has promoted Tony Mazzotta and Scott Hill to the position of managing director. Mazzotta joined the agency as an account director in 2008. He was also vice-president of client service. Mazzotta has also been vice-president of client service at Marketing Communications Group. Hill, who joined On in 2009, was most recently a brand strategist. Prior to that, he was a creative director at Surge Communications and Marketing Communications Group, as well as a senior writer at Quarry Communications.
