Delacourt joins Hill&Knowlton Strategies

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Ottawa has appointed John Delacourt to the position of vice-president and group leader of its public affairs department. He was most recently vice-president of Ensight Canada. Prior to that, he was a principal at Gibbon Communications. Delacourt was also director of communications at the Liberal Research Caucus Bureau and head of multicultural outreach communications at the Office of the Leader of the Opposition. He has also been a senior consultant at Thornley Fallis Communications.
