MCI Group promotes Richards

MCI Group Canada has promoted Cynthia Richards to the position of vice-president of strategy and client relationships in its Toronto office. Richards joined MCI in 2015 when the agency acquired her firm, Event Spectrum. She was previously director of meetings and events, then director of sales.
