Rotary International conducts Toronto campaign

Humanitarian service organization Rotary International recently conducted an advertising campaign in Toronto to coincide with its convention in that city. The campaign was developed by Bell Media, the media sponsor of the convention. It was intended to raise awareness of the work done by the organization. It included television commercials on CTV Toronto and CP24, radio ads on Newstalk 1010 and digital ads on CTV.ca and CP24.com. The initiative also made use of out-of-home ads from Astral, including installations at Yonge Dundas Square and Pearson International Airport.

"Bell Media has some of the best assets in television, radio, out-of-home advertising and digital media, and we put all of these assets to use to support Rotary," said Michael Gauthier, chair of marketing and communications for the Toronto 2018 Rotary Host Organizing Committee. "Through a combination of sponsorship on the part of Bell Media and paid advertising placement, we were able to create very high awareness for our visitors from around the world as well as with Torontonians."
